1. THE SHORT VERSION

The marketing site (siliguild.com) collects nothing: no cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting. The app (app.siliguild.com) collects the minimum needed to operate: your wallet address and your submissions. We never collect private keys or seed phrases — ever.

2. WHAT WE COLLECT

• Marketing site: nothing. No cookies are set and no analytics run.
• App accounts: your public wallet address and an optional display name. A session token is stored in your browser's localStorage (not a cookie).
• Module submissions: the artifacts and metadata you upload, plus validation and sandbox reports.
• Usage ledger: signed execution records of runs (module IDs, fiat cost, timestamps) — this is what powers royalties and prizes.

3. WHAT WE NEVER COLLECT

• Private keys, seed phrases, or signing capabilities.
• Payment card numbers (processed by our payment processor, never stored by us).
• Location, device fingerprints, or behavioral profiles for advertising.

4. ON-CHAIN DATA

Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Payouts, buybacks, and fee flows are visible on-chain and may be linkable to public wallet addresses by anyone.

5. THIRD PARTIES

• Cloudflare — hosting and delivery (their privacy policy applies to serving infrastructure).
• Payment processor — for fiat top-ups (added when payments ship; their policy applies).
• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

6. RETENTION AND DELETION

We keep account and ledger data while your account is active. To delete your off-chain data, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL — PLACEHOLDER]; on-chain records cannot be altered or deleted by anyone.
